Pros

The benefits are good. They offer many different health insurances to chose from. They have 401K, PTO, gym discounts and so on..

Cons

They try not to hire enough tellers and try to stretch out one employee. Overworked and very dissatisfied. It is hard to move up from being a teller, and I tried for seven years!!!! They started opening on holidays and make it harder to get financial assistance for college. To much bureacy and politics.

Pros

You will learn a lot of valuable skills if you are a newbie. The technology is the best in the industry. The company is strong. The way the company is designed is very pragmatic and the management makes sense for how they operate the company.

Cons

The only "management" is done at the senior level. Managers are really supervisors and are told exactly what to do and how to do it. Due to this phenomenon, many of the "managers" are not too great. The hours are ridiculous.
