Pros

Good brand name, benifits, rewards.

Cons

Too much micro-management. Your required to follow "Chase behaviours" of get written up. Managment has no sales skills yet want to show coach you everyday. Your treated like a peice of meat and work with the fear of being replace by a teller wanting to be promoted. you are constantly pushed to sell convience products to customer regardless if they are going to use or not, just for the profit of the company.
