Pros

Benefits. Good pay for this area.

Cons

There is not a clear promotion track ,so it requires a lot of politics to try to move around in the company. Also, it seems like they do just enough for their employees to keep them from leaving. Bottom line: You can pay your bills here.

- dependency on manual processes in some areas - long lead time on project implementation - many travel restrictions

Pros

location- you can transfer to other parts of the country and world fairly easily

Cons

no salary increases for personal bankers; commission structure includes chargebacks for products closed before seven month period; personal bankers are supposed to force everyone to sit down who comes into the bank for a simple transaction
