Pros

You can earn decent monthly bonuses if learn how to make them. Focus is placed on different products at different times. For example we used to get paid very well for home equity line of credits. Now focus is placed on bringing in new money and we are paid well for that.

Cons

To make campaign managers have to open a ridiculous amounts of checking accounts, and it doesn't matter whether it's the customers 1st account or not. Bankers don't get paid if an account isn't ten cuts, errs first but it does cow t towards the managers campaign, therefore the push us to do so.
