Pros

Nice building. Cafeteria on campus. Even though you were in a cubicle, the building had large windows to look out.

Cons

Selection of team managers based on sales quota. Many lack the managment/ human skills/capability in communicating with employees respect decency.

Pros

Great benefits and 401(k) match. Great online and convenience products offered to customers. The computer systems used for new accounts etc. are second-to-none, fast and reliable. Constantly hiring new bankers, motivated people can do very well at Chase.

Cons

Very redundant work day, you can easily "burnout" from doing the same routine 50 times every day. They continue to treat top performing bankers like new-hires. Many of the best bankers, managers, loan officers and financial advisers have left for different banks due to this approach.
