Pros

Benefits are good, bonus structure is fair but understand that you will make about 40% of what the maximum is on average, anything more is rare.

Cons

Managers can get away with not doing there job and no issues coming from it due to the excuse that things are constantly changing. There is very bad communication regarding policies that affect how you are servicing loans. Get use to hating your job and not knowing what is going on. You have to bonus or you will be terminated.
