Pros

Well known brand, most business walks thru your door. Good benefits, still have matching 401(k), pension is still there for the time being, vacation is good, but can't rollover or sell.

Cons

-Reviews are not a reflection of work done -Bonuses tied to reviews, very subjective and always find ways to cut -They tell you that it is "your business", but you don't make any desicions, just do what your told to -Senior Mgmt says one thing, Mgmt under them does another

Pros

Very stable company with great benefits package.

Cons

Personal Bankers are all on different pages and incentives change quite often, making it difficult to reach monthly goals. "Banker's hours" are a thing of the past, and despite what your schedule says, you will always work longer hours than scheduled, but aren't allowed to get "overtime".
