Decent College Job

Pros

Very flexible with my school schedule (depends on branch/management though), decent pay for a college student, off on Sundays (sorry TD bank employees), good environment, room for advancement

Cons

No chair, had to stand for 8+ hours a day. The only thing that matters is OSAT & not the employees needs (EXP: lunch break at 10:30 am 'based on branch needs' meanwhile your shift ends at 5:30-6:30pm)
