Good place to build a career

Pros

Company invests in technology, new product development and isn't afraid to change with the industry. The managers I have worked for have been positive influences and have given me the tools needed to develop my career and advance within the company.

Cons

Many processes can get drawn out because of all the sign-offs. Hiring new employees can easily take 3 months between posting and offer. Budget management is a major strength but it comes at the expense of excessive checks and balances.
