Pros

Great benefits including sick time, vacation, personal days, etc. My branch staff is great and the branch manager is cool.

Cons

It's all about location. If you're in an underperforming branch with slow traffic that's where you will stay. It's hard to meet goals if no one walks in the door.

Pros

1) Well-known company brand name 2) Company pays for your licensing and training

Cons

1) You're forced to practice sales tricks, and forced to consistently use them on customers 2) Attention is not given to customer service. Sales comes first. 3) You don't get paid all of the commissions you earn because there are MANY approval steps and technicalities (intentional) that hold the commission pay away from you. 4) Outdated computer systems. 5) Bear in mind you're stuck with them for a year unless you decide to refund the cost of your licensing, generally speaking
