Pros

Their incentive package is more substantial than at other institutions. As a personal banker if you can get a spot in a busy branch with high traffic you can make a lot of money.

Cons

The salary itself is low.

Good Name in banking, Decent pay, indoor relatively easy job (most days) Teller - former WAMU Branch More tools and software to assist customers (Images of items, ect) Vacation, deferred holiday, Sick time, and low interest employee cards

Cons

Next day availability of transit items, Changed WAMU teller incentives, becoming more sales driven, Poor communication about changes in policy.
