Pros

Benifits decent pay. A few company perks. Decent hours. In this economy just having a job can be difficult. but for this area the pay was decent.

Cons

Invest in stock in Pepto :) America hates you and you know it. But you go in everyday trying to help as many as you can. If you think people are generally happy your trying to save their home you would be surprised. Goals Goals Goals. Slack managers some who are willing to sacrifice top producers to the Big office gods occasionally just to make themselves appear busy. Cant spend too much time on a call explaining in detail what may be asked from you, or your supervisor may kick an empty box towards your desk to put your stuff in. It really is who you know that determines where you go as far as advancement. IF your TOO GOOD at what you do, get comfy you will NOT be moving elsewhere. After all why let production numbers fall?
