Pros

The training offered is excellent. If you are new to the banking industry, every opportunity is afforded to learn while paid.

Cons

As a new hire in the banking industry doing very well, the demotivator is when they start transfering you to other branches within the first year. You are not informed of this when hired, only once you are established and it is quick, without much warning. You lose customer base followed by commission earnings and must compete for clients with other peers who are long time established in that particular branch.

Pros

It is a great place to work if you are motivated and like to sale. The incentives are great, and the people who work with you tend to be highly motivated as well. Competition is great, it keeps you busy and entertained all day.

Cons

The downside is that you are not allowed to have a chair even when pregnant! The assistant manager was a tyrant who had her favorites. Keep in mind this what at my particular branch. You work some federal days!
