      Pros

      The work is easy. We were generally busy so that helped to pass the time. I suppose the fact that there are branches across the country allows people to move and still remain with the company.

      Cons

      High turnover. Low pay. Management was indifferent to the amount of time customers had to wait. To move up in the company was a possibility but I left before I went anywhere.

      forever changing policies and procedures salary and systems customer survey tool and restrictions to work unauthorized overtime hours. thats it
