Pros

Decent Pay. OK benefits. Good strong name to put on a resume. Decent discount on bank products. Good experience in a finacial institution.

Cons

They only care about what you are doing for them in the moment. They will promise you a lot and not deliver. Do not trust that when life things happen you will be ok. Get everything in writing. Mangement will treat you like you are just another person to them.

Pros

Okay hourly pay. Nice employees and management. Nice regular customers. Good benefits, low cost for employee.

Cons

Many dissatisfied customers, with Chase policies. Very sales oriented. Too concerned with "big" money and not concerned enough with happy customers. Long work hours.

Pros

Good opportunities to make money, Great senior management, Good Benefits, Very thorough and good training.

Cons

Too much of a focus on selling and not on the customers needs. I feel like I'm product pushing sometimes. My immediate management team is dysfunctional and seems unprepared for their responsibilities.
