Pros

Strong company name, good benefits.

Cons

Politics, favoritism, like lots of big corporations, they do not know how to appreciate hard working employees, or those who are actually performing the work above standards to keep the company in business. From what I experienced, only brown-nosier need to apply here. Mid-Management actually tries to bury employ complaints about their favorite lower management employees, and HR helps hiding those complaints.

Pros

Benefits are top notch and hours are almost "banker hours"

Cons

You success is all about location, location, location. They hammer this 1,2,3 drill and work the lobby method to a point of overkill. It was great when it came out 2 years ago now customers are on to the method of the 123 drill and work the lobby.

Pros

Company's well-recognized, good stepping stone if you want to get your feet in the banking world. Benefits are great, probably one of the best among banks.

Cons

Salary not competitive, high turnover rate. Does not seem to care about their employees at all. I have yet to meet a Chase employee or former employee who actually liked working for Chase.
