As Personal Banker you work with partners for investments, mortgages and business banking. The Financial Advisor and the Business banker may not want to help you succeed in your role and still get paid for the sales you do. If you want to make money, they will reap the benefits and not help you at all.

Not very flexible as far as work life balance just like other retail banks, very rigid in schedueling & vacation time off. working for JPMorgan Chase in Cleveland leaves you a little out of the know compared to other parts of the country with a bigger presence & footprint. Have to work much harder to qualify for national recognition trips.
