Pros

The unlimited overtime, which is mandatory. Regardless if you have a family. Covered parking , onsite cafeteria.

Cons

The computers always crash, nothing gets done, no one takes accountabilty and pride instead on being lazy and rejecting files. Horrible customer service

Pros

Chase has one of the best compensation packages for bankers in the industry. The benefits are top notch and they give you standard vacation time.

Cons

Chase is starting to stuff too many bankers into each branch. I personally went from being the sole banker to having 3 others to compete with in a very small branch. Like most sales positions, getting teamed up with a good manager is the key. My manager didn't want to support me being promoted because she didn't want to lose my production. When I was approached from a different departments regional manager about a promotion my district manager bashed the position and did everything she could to convince me not to even consider the change.

Pros

Good place to work in, no definite sales goals; focus is on customer service before sales. Good management if you fall in the right branch, and good opportunities for growth.

Cons

Management expects 150% production, otherwise they start knit-picking. If you're too good promotion is impossible.
