Pros

The incentive can be very lucrative assuming you make producing for this organization the focal point of your life.

Cons

Tough job no matter what position. The pressure is always high to increase production. If you do not like sales this is not for you.

Pros

You get your own personal cubicle and allowed to take good breaks! Also the people are welcoming and friendly!

Cons

You have a set schedule you have to stick to and if you are in school with extracurricular activities, then the hours will not fit your school life.
