Pros

Chase is obviously a very big brand name. It was a huge help having that name behind you, especially in the financial services industry. With the big name, came many options for benefits. You will have numerous options for health insurance, 401k and Roth 401k, Employee Stock Puchase Program, etc.

Cons

Working in a branch is just like working for a retail chain, such as Wal-Mart, Target, etc. There is little to no flexibility on scheduling. The branch is always under-staffed for bottom line purposes and you are forced to work before or after each and every holiday, so make sure family time is a low priority or that they live close to the branch. Sales numbers are exagerrated in the hiring process, as is the career development planning. There are few bankers that constantly hit 100% of payout structure and there is a huge waiting line and bottle neck for advancement opportunities like most big corporations
