Pros

Job security, stable, reliable, great for younger careers. Great work life balance

Cons

Not great career advancement for mid level. Engineering process is extremely slow/bureaucratic and easy to get steamrolled by product depending on your team. Privy to large organizational/process changes at a moments notice

Pros

Nothing at all. Not a single thing.

Cons

Worst job I have ever had in my life. Manager made my life a living hell and was obsessive micromanager. Constant staff turnover like a revolving door. Many branches are in unsafe locations with rude customers. The company cares about money and nothing else. Don't waste your time. You are better working in fast food or retail then here. Pay is lousy. No raise, no bonus. CEO is one of the world's richest men and yet company is so cheap they act like a charity. Schedules are a disaster and so is time off. Never worked with such rude, toxic and abusive people in all my life. Impossible to transfer or promote.
