Pros

In Pittsburgh, there is a successful regional manager and another, she's at the bottom. But there are almost zero people that have stayed on since opening the offices. They tell you to support one another but reward the people that far and exceed their goals. But if you ask for help, be prepared to get coached out. You will be deemed useless. No one will move up. We were told that the LAOs, were only for operations and never to get promoted to branch managers. ProsYou can leave at 5 pm

Cons

They cut out compensation for opening up checking accounts, people are already coming infor that, so why should Chase pay people for doing nothing
