Pros

Plenty of paid time off, 401k options, not a hard job when you get the swing of it.

Cons

Market managers are all about the optics. Chase pretends to care about its employees but your manager doesn’t care about you, neither does your managers manager. Higher management always reminds you how lucky you are to work here. After working at Chase for a bit, the new hires will be making more money than you.

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, not loads of weekends.

Cons

Politics, lies, and general negativity from anyone above branch manager.
