Pros

They have high standards, but they provide great benefits, 15 days of PTO and sick days + 3 personal days Several other benefits such as free therapy sessions, and great health insurance

Cons

Management (branch manager) makes work not enjoyable, micro managing and acting like you don't exist They make you work full time although you initially took the job being part time Your schedule is never the same, and they are always short staffed
