Pros

Generally I have experienced a culture of experience driven promotions over formal education requirements. This has allowed me to move up within the company even though I do not have a college degree while keeping a competitive salary. The benefits are also great and they really strive to provide a solid work/life balance.

Cons

Starting out is hard work; working on the phones, being required to stay at your desk and available for calls can be trying but if you can stick it out the company likes to promote from within.
