Pros

I've worked at Chatham for several years now, and it's by far the best company I've ever worked for. I love the atmosphere, my colleagues, the purposes and values that we live by, and the overall direction of the company. Management is very open, friendly, and dedicated. I've learned so much about the debt and derivative markets each year since I started, and you'll find out quickly that Chatham truly cares about its clients and doing excellent work. I would highly recommend Chatham to anyone looking for a great place to work.

Cons

Client service can require long hours at times, but most of the time the work-life balance is good, especially for an advisory & technology company.

- The employees are brilliant and very friendly - The work is challenging but very interesting; it’s also very unique to have a finance company that heavily stresses bringing ethics to capital markets - Compensation is very competitive, especially for the area. 401k plan is one of the best, and bonuses are quite generous

Cons

- Healthcare is pricey - Flat organizational structure makes advancement path less clear than other companies, but motivated employees progress quickly
