      Pros

      Friendly culture and focus on growing both the company as well as the individual Flexible work environment Always the chance for new responsibilities and learning opportunities Ability to interact with C-level employees

      Cons

      Training could be better. Very much a toss you in the pool and hope you swim mentality. It's currently being improved and looks to be more structured.

      Pros

      Chatham has a very team-oriented, collaborative work environment. The people are highly skilled/knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. The people are also very personable, friendly, and down to earth. Humility, honesty, and integrity are not simply company values posted on a website. Big egos will not fit well in this environment (which is fine by me). Although only having been with the firm for a short time, it really is a fantastic place to work.

      Cons

      A very collaborative environment also means a lot of daily meetings. This can sometimes detract from sold, contiguous development time.

      Pros

      Great team of dedicated, smart people. Excellent benefits and perks (free coffee/drinks/snacks, on-site gym and pub, activities that are actually fun).

      Cons

      There were a lot of learning opportunities, but depending on where you are in the organization, it can be difficult to advance.
