Brilliant and fun coworkers are the reason I enjoy coming to work every day. Chatham has provided what I am looking for in a career - continuous growth/learning opportunities, ever changing work, and the opportunity to own my future through the equity program.

Cons

Chatham is a growing company and change can be difficult. I feel comfortable adapting as the company grows, but it isn't an environment that would suit everyone.

Chatham has a wonderful culture, kind people, great benefits, a social atmosphere, opportunities to volunteer with the community, flexibility and work/life balance. The training program is stronger at Chatham than at any other company I've worked for. Leadership encourages connection and I truly feel valued, respected, and cared about as a human being, not just an employee.
