Pros
A lot of support from team members when getting up to speed. It's an inviting company that puts a lot of investment in their employees in terms of training and continuous learning. Great 401k and good demonstration of values with giving 1% of profits to charity and encouraging people to give 1% of their paid time to volunteering.
