      Great, super smart and mostly humble people around

      Cons

      Poor leadership, changes in the structure all the time, values that used to be important now just a cliche, layoffs and even erasing entire offices without saying thank you

      Pros

      Chatham has a very flexible, flat organisational structure and a collegial work environment. At times it definitely has the feel of an exciting start up shop. Managers seem to be very understanding and accommodating.

      Cons

      The growth prospects are uncertain and professional/career development support and planning leave quite a bit to be desired. Some teams and managers do a better job in this area. There are also some who appear to be untouchable, regardless of quality of work. The company may want to consider forming an actual board of directors.
