Pros

Culture here is pretty amazing. Everyone I used to work with I'm still close to and have made great strives in my professional career.

Cons

Not much upward mobility. Not the strongest commission structure. Would need to leave and come back for any raise.

Check Point highly values excellent managers and individual contributors. They treat their employees very well with a high level of respect. It is an exceptional company to work for.

Cons

There is always room for improvement, but Check Point gives employees the opportunity to contribute to improvements.
