Pros
The sales process is lax here. This has some benefits and some downsides. One of the pro's is that you are unlikely to ever lose your job and there isn't as much pressure on sales here as there is at competitors. Their expenses in the UK are also very good and includes all travel.
Cons
Whilst it is comfortable, this also breeds mediocrity and there feels to be very little ambition to change the status quo and do better. Certain departments are isolated from the central sales function and connection into leadership is almost non-existent.
