Pros

Check Point is built from different units where every unit is specializing in something unique. So everybody can find his place and his role and you have where to grow to. The Organizational culture is awesome - you are seen as a person, not an employee and that is shown in the care they are giving. The offices are welcoming and fun - fully stocked kitchens and coffee machines, every kind of milk, vegetables, and fruit. There are unique classes you can take for free on the rooftop and a gym. The HR unit is one of a kind and there is a special HR taking care of every employee's needs.

Cons

Sometimes working hours can be a bit long, but it is OK to balance it with other days or split it through the day.

Exposed to the business world, learn new technologies, get affiliated with the many pivotal positions within the organization, get acquainted with various business of different areas and scale.

Cons

Salary is VERY VERY VERY low, poor management, you're being tracked by the minute - no Work/Home balance what so ever , in general - the company does not respect its employees nor does it benefit them.
