No strategy no roadmap, terrible management style. Very militaristic and old fashioned place. Not recommended.

Legacy is great. Lots of money to invest and shift needs to be done - quick! Company is able to do it.

Management style is terrible. Executive management are full of themselves. Direction is not clear and serious changes are needed.
