Decent company to work for

Pros

I really enjoy the benefits and comradery at Check Point. I also enjoy that this does not feel like a job so much as it's a part of my life (doesn't feel like a slog,) so I do enjoy my work for the most part.

Cons

I feel like the product code is really buggy and the management forces a large understanding of the product with what I would consider skeleton crews. This can make the workload seem unbearable at times when your working service requests.

Cons

- Management sucks especially non-tech people. - Work life balance nearly 2/10. - Yearly bonus sucks - Annual growth rate is very less when compared to competitors in the market.
