      Great technology, some great people too.

      Cons

      Very obvious disconnects between upper management and the people that have to do the work. Frequently pulled from pillar to post on contradictory ideas.

      Pros

      You get to work with some of the best technology out there. Hands down, the technology and the people who help run it are top notch. I've learned so much being here over the last couple of years, it filled in the gaps in a list of technologies that I didn't have working as an SE in other companies.

      Cons

      They are sometimes a bit too frugal when it comes to giving you what you need to do your job well. It can be a bit frustrating to navigate that aspect.
