      - Direct management and peers were always great to work with - Positioning in the NG SWG quadrant - Big company with a well known brand - Allowed me to grow as a sales professional - thank you Check Point!

      Cons

      - Upper management - Sales quotas are unattainable - Lack of marketing budget - Lack of innovation (or market awareness of their cloud products)

      Pros

      Check Point is a great place to work if you hate companies that require employees to follow the chain of command. If you are trying to help a customer you can seek help from almost anyone in the company. Also, the company is R&D driven.

      Cons

      I believe the company should focus more on marketing to be more competitive. Sales Comp issues popped up a couple of times.
