      They keep encouraging to learn at your pace...the GM in ottawa (Yama) is awesome!

      Cons

      Too many products to learn; if you're absolutely new to tech and this is your first IT job, it can break you and make you want to leave IT all together! Compared to competitors, the pay isn't much.
