Multiple locations and brands available to work for. Also management team make good decisions and I would recommend this employer to a friend.

Cons

I worked in sales and as a finance manger and they are both commission jobs but most are so not really a con.

Pros

Best brands in the industry. Fantastic facilities. Great local reputation. They promote from within and they are good to their employees. They have many long term employees that are very good at what they do. They have a family type atmosphere for the most part. They have a specific culture and strive hard to always do the right thing both for the customer and employee.

Cons

High performance company. Not a place for slackers. Leadership at all levels is focused. Productivity and outstanding effort towards customer service is required. Extremely high expectations always. Very fast paced.
