Checkered Flag has modern well maintained facilities. Still a family owner dealer group. This group is not for the average employee. Expectations for performance are high. Very process driven. As with any automotive dealership hours are long. Pay is excellent. Always opportunity for advancement with job performance. Company encourages community support thru volunteer work. Annual company picnic and employee recognition breakfast boost moral.
