Decent salary and benefits. Good people.

Cons

Lots of turnaround and uncertainty creates paranoia and tension. Management seems too busy to focus. Some employees and management are stuck in old ways.

Company was one of the leaders in its industry, with a good reputation and winning new accounts from competition.

Cons

Product roadmap became stale, more line extensions and less investment in innovation. After acquisition, even less investment. Losing market share to low cost copy-cats. Eliminated marketing as a way to differentiate the brand.
