Pros

kind of flexible on scheduling. decent pay not too stressful

Cons

overworked with no care about your personal life they say your scheduled 8 hours but constantly 12+ hour days even though you work within their time estimates. Absolutely no reason to be efficient with your schedule and routes because they just keep adding work.

Checkpoint is a close knit group that goes above and beyond to help its customers.

Cons

The company at times pushes products that are in their alpha state of development and the customer ends up suffering with a overpromised, underdelivered solution.

Management turnover was out of control I had 2x as many ‘bosses’ as my years of service None of them understood what I actually did
