Pros
Good pay. Great benefits. Loved the culture. Layoffs were announced suddenly with no warning, but the severance package is good.
Cons
Company preaches transparency as a core value but senior leaders do not practice what they preach. Talking about goals for explosive growth, opportunities with the company, etc. right up until the layoffs occurred.
