Pros

Good pay. Great benefits. Loved the culture. Layoffs were announced suddenly with no warning, but the severance package is good.

Cons

Company preaches transparency as a core value but senior leaders do not practice what they preach. Talking about goals for explosive growth, opportunities with the company, etc. right up until the layoffs occurred.

Pros

The people (IC) are great. They motivate each other and we work well across teams. The $3k learning stipend is nice to have and after 3 years you can take a one month Sabbatical. The health benefits and RSU's are good!

Cons

Leadership is not great. There's alot of nepotism that goes on and the culture from the top breeds toxicity. One of the core values is transparency, which leadership doesn't live by.
