- Great office - Perks

Cons

- The people that work at that company (managers and above) are straight up incompetent. I think my 18 year old sister could do a better job managing the business. They don't really do anything... period. - Nepotism for hiring and promotion. - Tech stack is utter garbage. Like below-level intern level garbage. - CEO + CTO is pretty weak in terms of skillset + personality. They are replacable. - Salary is laughable.

Free meals and nice office space.

Cons

Management is extremely novice. I don't understand what skills they bring to the table and what they actually do on a daily basis. People are getting hired left and right due to nepotism. For instance, a candidate that completely failed the interview process was hired because she knows the SVP. I was actually in the meeting. The code stack is laughable. It's funny seeing faces of recent hired engineers when they first see the codebase. Utterly trash. The management and tech lead should be ashamed of themselves.
