Pros

Amazing for experience. If you hustle you’ll make great money here, more than a lot of other restaurants

Really the same cons as working any server position

Pros

- Builds excellent work discipline in stressful environments - Relatively simple job - Keeps you active; shifts go by fast - Good initial job for a beginning server - Decent hours - Pretty lenient management

Cons

- Incredibly stressful environment (can ruin your week) - Forced to prepare soups, salads, and deserts for guests (oh, and the bread) - Coworkers and management can make or break the experience of your shift - Incredibly unpredictable, low pay ($7.50-12.50/hour days or rare $16-20/hour days) - Mostly bad, cheap clientele who don't like to tip (because Cheddar's is a low-end chain restaurant)
