      Pros

      Friendly coworkers and a fun environment. Fast-paced shifts that make time fly. Flexible scheduling helped with school. Discounted food was a nice perk. Good entry-level experience for hospitality.

      Cons

      Pay wasn’t great for the workload. Management could be disorganized sometimes. Dealing with rude guests was draining. Not many growth opportunities available. Long hours with short breaks often.
