Cant think of any if we're being completely honest.

Cons

The management is rude and treats the workers like they could care less if they're there. The pay is ridiculously low for the work I did. The co-workers are disrespectful and like to say unkind things about other workers to co-workers. They give you very little hours and I depend on my paychecks to pay bills.

Pros

salary and bonus potential are commensurate with the industry standard. There are some good people that work there and it can be a fun place to work.

Cons

Management style of upper level managers is very condescending and degrading. They do not support the management team, they just insult to motivate to achieve bonus limits. If you have an issue, do not expect them to support you. They are only concerned about numbers. Hours are ridiculous and expect to work at whatever store they want you at, not the one you are hired for
