Pros

NOT ONE I can think of

Cons

No Benefits...no direct deposit, not respected as a person..i seriously dont think they called any references from people hired...Most of the kitchen staff is flat out inexperienced...you can tell its the first job for managers...the broiler position is like a hell...over 8 hours over a 500 degree grill and treated like crap...if you work here I feel bad for you...the only decent job in the kitchen is sets...Easy job and apparently the only people the management really say good job to...

Pros

The management is emotionally supportive. Whenever I had any problems they would talk it over with me. I also enjoyed having an attractive work environment.

Cons

The corporation squeezes every nickle and dime out of it's employee's. As a Server when the state serving wage went down the corporation took away .30 cents an hour from our wage from only $2.43 an hour to $2.13.. Also, when the other employee's Federal minimum wage went up to $7.25 an hour from $6.55, they increased the server's tip share from 2.5% to 3% so that the company would not lose money by having to pay the minimum wage employee's more.
