Pros

The server staff can be really great. They are flexible on hours so this is great for college students. Get discount on food!

Cons

The mangers were not on the same page. Rules were enforced one day and not the next. But they got new management so it might be better. The customer is always right, is not right but for the most part you have to act like it is. Serving people can be very exhausting and mentally frustrating. You will work hard and get nothing or a huge tip. You never know.

I enjoyed the steady paced routines-- customer flow was predictable, and the patrons themselves were very pleasant!

Cons

The work place was a very crude, rude, gossip-y environment-- which I suppose can be expected sometimes between crew members, but the management were main contributors. Just very unprofessional. Training was unorganized. Employees were spiteful and intoxicated. Lots of sexual harassment from coworkers.

weekend tips, youthful staff, discounts on food, take home cash every night, flexible schedules, great job while attending school, good music.

Cons

wont let you hit OT, managers always a bit lost, everyone always eager to point fingers if something isn't done correctly.
